Donald King is Partner and Managing Director at Loop Consulting, a certified Workday consulting firm specializing in delivering best in class technology solutions. With a strong background in information systems, project management, and technology consulting, Donald plays a pivotal role in guiding organizations through digital transformation initiatives.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in information systems from Auburn University before launching his career at Asurion, where he specialized in Project Management and Technology Consulting. In 2015, he joined Loop Recruiting, broadening his expertise in technology, HR systems, and organizational development. Over the next five years, he developed a deep understanding of workforce management, talent acquisition strategies, and business operations.

Recognizing the growing demand for workforce and organizational technology consulting, Donald co-founded Loop Consulting in 2022. As a leader in the firm, he has been instrumental in shaping its vision, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the successful implementation of Workday solutions for clients across various industries. His extensive experience in enterprise technology and project management has contributed significantly to Loop Consulting’s rapid growth and reputation for delivering excellence.

Charlie Wall is co-founder and partner at Loop. In 2022. Charlie launched Loop Consulting, a niche consulting practice focused on the Workday Enterprise Cloud Management platform. Charlie serves on the Board of Directors of the Hale Foundation, a substance abuse recovery center for men, and previously on boards for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Augusta, and The Community Foundation for the Central Savannah River Area. Prior to co-founding Loop, Charlie held various positions with Textron, ADP, and Phreesia. He received his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and MBA from Augusta University.

Kelly Moates is President of Loop Consulting, where he leads the firm with a focus on operational excellence, service quality, and building a consulting business that performs consistently. His work centers on strengthening delivery, setting clear standards, and ensuring clients receive practical, high-quality outcomes.

Kelly brings over a decade of experience in professional services businesses, spanning consulting, executive recruiting, and firm leadership. Prior to becoming President, he held senior leadership roles at both Loop and SCI, where he was closely involved in scaling operations, expanding service offerings, and aligning teams around disciplined execution and service delivery. Across roles, he has been known for staying close to the work and for prioritizing delivery integrity as practices grow.

His leadership approach is grounded in a service mindset: strong consulting organizations are built through clear expectations, experienced practitioners, and a culture that values accountability as much as expertise.

Kelly holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which informs his perspective on leadership, team effectiveness, and organizational performance. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with his family, getting outdoors, and eating all the food.
